Guide to paying exam fees online

After completing registration, candidates receive their application code and payment details on the confirmation screen and in an automatic email.

Accepted payment methods

• Bank transfer to the organisers' official account.
• E-wallets linked on the system's payment page.
• In-person payment at the school's collection point for bulk registration.

Transfer reference

Use the exact format Application code - Candidate name. A wrong format prevents automatic reconciliation and slows approval.

Upload payment proof

A photo or PDF of the receipt, in JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 5 MB. The organisers reconcile within 2 working days and update the application status to "Paid".
